On pages 116 and 117 of “PEYTONs Along the Aquia”, Ann PEYTON, daughter of Craven, did not marry Valentine HARRISON. The Nancy PEYTON who married Captain Valentine HARRISON is on page 66. The marriage of Valentine HARRISON and Nancy PEYTON is documented in “DAR Patriot Index” – Centennial Edition. In addition, the 1785 Deed, Prince William County, Virginia, documents their marriage to have taken place between 1774 and 1785. They were first cousins.~~Edna Barney
