I heard about your story at my cousin weding last year and just recently looked at it properly. I find it very interesting and well put together. My name is Richard Tasman Richardson. I am 41 years of age and the Grandson of Richard Arthur Richardson & Lillian Carter. If I can be of any assistance please contact me.

I just stumbled on Edna’s Guest Room and noticed your posting. Your grandfather was my dad’s younger brother, (Harry). Would like to communicate with you if you have the time. Interesting that we share the name “Tasman” but it seems to have perpertrated through the years since my grandfather took a liking to it, and quite a few of the cousins have it now. I am in Alberta, Canada. Got to meet your grandfather in 1965 along with the rest of the family on our trip to England.
Cheers,
Tas.

Lynn – I have Margaret in my records as the wife of Ronald Richardson, but I do not have a maiden name for her. I believe that I got that information from cousin Tasman Wilfred Richardson of Alberta, Canada.

Hi Lynn,
I e-mailed you early last month, after getting your address from Edna, telling of our trip to England and Manchester in 1965, and offering to send copies of photos I took of the family. Haven’t heard anything back so wondering if you received it?
Cheers,
Tas.
